How do I book a shoot?
Booking is quick and simple! Through our online order portal, choose a package or build your own services, enter the property details, and request a date that works best for you. Once submitted, I’ll get you scheduled.
If you have a unique situation or want to double-check something, feel free to reach out anytime. Booking through the portal keeps your media, invoices, and updates organized and easy to access.
When will I receive my media?
Standard photos and floor plans are ready within 24 hours after the shoot. If that deadline falls on Sunday, delivery moves to the same time Monday; Friday shoots are still due Saturday. Videos, 3D tours, and advanced services usually take around 48 hours, depending on the project.
Fast, dependable turnaround is something we take a lot of pride in. We know how quickly listings move, and our goal is to make sure your media is ready when you need it.
How is payment handled?
Payment is simple and stress-free! You don’t pay anything upfront. Once your media is ready and in your inbox, you can preview it and complete payment directly through the portal.
We also offer Pay at Close through Titus, a trusted third-party partner that allows eligible agents to pay for their media when the listing closes, subject to their Titus terms. Learn more about Titus and how to apply .
What areas do you serve?
We’re happy to work all across Arkansas! We’re based in Central Arkansas, so for properties more than 50 miles from Conway, a small travel fee helps cover gas and travel time. This helps us keep providing reliable, high-quality service no matter where your listing is located!
How should I prepare the home?
Prepare the home the same way you would for an open house! If it feels ready for buyers to walk through, it’s usually ready for photos too. Keep it clean, tidy, and mostly clutter-free, with personal items put away.
Please have furniture and personal belongings arranged before the appointment, secure pets, and put away sensitive documents or access codes. Cleaning, staging, and moving belongings aren’t included. You’ll receive a simple prep checklist with your order to share with the homeowner.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Absolutely! Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. With less notice, a fee of up to $75 may apply. If weather prevents exterior or aerial work, we’ll capture the interior where possible and arrange a return without an additional return-trip or travel fee.
