I offer Zillow 3D Home and Matterport, and I’m happy to help you decide which one fits your listing. You can check the platform and included coverage in the order portal before booking.
Is a 3D tour the same as a property film?
With a 3D tour, buyers choose where to explore and can spend a little longer in the rooms they’re curious about. A property film takes them through a planned sequence, so the two can work together depending on how you want to share the home.
How soon will a tour be ready?
Your 3D tour will be ready the next morning after your shoot, so it can go live alongside your photos and floor plan. Just let me know your launch date when you book so we can plan the shoot around it.
How long is a tour hosted?
Tour hosting is generally included for one year unless your order says otherwise. If you need it available for longer, check the hosting period, platform and any extension arrangements in your order and the service terms.
