I offer Zillow and Matterport 3D tours, along with 2D and 3D floor plans. A 2D floor plan is included with interior photography. Other tour and floor-plan options depend on the services selected in your order.

A video tour and an interactive 3D tour serve different purposes. Choose based on how much independent exploration you want to offer, and how you plan to share the listing.
Prepare every connected space
A tour can reveal areas beyond the frame of a single photograph. Have all included rooms ready, clear pathways and arrange furniture before arrival. Put away personal documents and belongings that should not be visible. Secure pets and coordinate with occupants so capture can proceed without people moving through the spaces.
Tell me about locked rooms, detached buildings and areas to exclude before the appointment. Share the home preparation checklist with the owner so everyone is working toward the same plan.
Delivery, measurements and hosting
Standard floor plans and 3D tours are delivered the next morning after your shoot, along with your photographs. Advanced services generally take around 48 hours, depending on scope. Confirm any time-sensitive requirements before booking.
Floor plans and measurements are marketing materials. They are not an appraisal, survey or architectural drawing. Verify details needed for your listing, and review the order and service terms for hosting periods and permitted use. I’m based in Conway and travel throughout Arkansas for listing media.
